Deer Knoll Hot Shot, a registered Morgan stallion, was removed from the slaughter  pipeline by Safe Haven and saved from an untimely horrific death.  Hot Shot is a sweet and kind natured boy who carries the genes of Champions.  Prior to arrival at Safe Haven Hot Shot sustained an injury to his left front  that has rendered him fit as a companion animal and/or light walk/trot riding or driving.  Hot Shot has been gelded and his disposition is sweeter than ever. He absolutely loves the attention our volunteers give him and is always up for a good grooming. Now out with other horses Hot Shot is the first to come and say Hello.
