Wild Kat Kutter
         "Kat"

Cat was rescued from a kill pen in Louisiana along with her approximately two month old filly, Hope.  Both were ill from being  exposed to illness while in the slaughter pipeline.

We were able to track her back to Oklahoma where she was trained as a two year old at the University of Oklahoma.  She was obviously then used as a broodmare.  When rescued, both Cat and her little angel Hope were ill.  Through the great care they received while in quarantine, and at New Bolton Hospital in PA, both finally were given a clean bill of health and transferred to Safe Haven Rescue, Inc.  at  Whispering Meadows, LLC.  Little Hope was ill for nine months.

Kat is a beautiful mare who is searching for her forever home.
